The purchase of products from this website are governed by the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this page. Your use of this website confers your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Contact Details:

We can be contacted by post, telephone, email or on-line form. See the contact us page for details.

 

2. Privacy: we take customers' privacy very seriously. We only ever use names, addresses and payment details for the purpose of completing transactions. We do not, under any circumstances provide customer details to third parties for any purpose.

 

3.  Delivery: We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We are able to deliver to other areas but customers are asked to contact us for delivery costs prior to placing an order. We always aim to ensure items are delivered in good time so please allow plenty of time between placing your order and the date of the party or event.

 

4.  Safety: This is the most important issue to consider. Please be aware that the majority of our products are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years due to small parts, embellishments in the creation of the bags and also possible suffocation from any plastic bags. Therefore, unless expressly stipulated as suitable for under 3 years our party bags must not be given to children under 3 years. We supply our party bags with a warning label stating that the bag and the contents are unsuitable for children under 3 years. The customer must not remove or allow this label to be removed. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss which occurs due to the bag or its contents getting into the hands of a child under 3 years.

 

5.  Damaged Goods: Upon receipt of your goods please check them to establish if there is any damage. In the unlikely event of any damage please contact us as soon as possible for us to be able to either, upon receipt of the return of the damaged goods be able to refund you OR, despatch a replacement as soon as possible.
