Postage and Packing

We try to be cost effective and not waste money on expensive postal packaging which is not only damaging to the environment but also your pocket, so we re-use cardboard boxes instead of commissioning fancy custom made packaging. We know it’s not a perfect solution to wastage but so far it’s the best we can think of!

 

Therefore, all orders received will benefit from FREE packaging which will then be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service (Typical 3 – 5 working days delivery).

 

Products are shipped on receipt of order on the day if ordered before 12 noon. However, because children’s parties are important to young hosts and hostesses please allow plenty of time in case of fire, flood or other general disasters like postal strikes! To be on the safe side, we suggest you allow 5/6 days not including Sundays.

 

If an order is required more urgently, or on a particular guaranteed delivery day, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise the additional postage cost to be incurred.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase please return them within 28 days and we will refund you in full.
